Oboe

Born in 1978, Heidi Caillet studies oboe at the Conservatoire Natioonal de Région in Rueil Malmaison, near Paris, with Daniel Arrignon, and obtains there the first price in 1999. She completes her schooling with Heinz Holliger at the Städtlische Hochschule für Musik in Freiburg in Germany, where she stays three years long. Interested by ancient instruments, she also learns to practice baroque interpretation of her instrument with Ann-Kathrin Brügemann, at Strasbourg Conservatoire National de Région.

She has a state degree of oboe teacher. She is teaching at the Conservatoire de Colmar in Alsace, and uses to play chamber music. She plays oboe in Linea since 2002.
